Shipping policy
- All shipments will be delivered through our Shipping Partners
- If we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not already been processed/approved, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount (if paid by credit/debit card). We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out, still wants to cancel then we will not refund the shipping cost.
Delivery within Jordan: We aim to deliver orders within Jordan within 3 business days, but please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
International Delivery: For orders outside Jordan, please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery. Shipping times may vary based on your location and any customs regulations.
- Customers will receive an email confirmation on their registered email once their order is processed. This email will contain the tracking code that can be used to track the status of their shipments.
- You will be contacted by our shipping partner to have the delivery arranged at your convenience.
- The shipping company offers delivery service within major city limits; orders outside of service area will be delivered to the nearest Shipping office as per the delivery schedule and terms specified. Additional charges may apply.
